Ken Avelino obtained his real estate sales license in 1990 when he was in college. Today, Ken is a real estate broker and attorney with many years of experience with buyers, sellers, investors, probate, short sales, court sales, commercial, foreclosures and REOs. Prior to being a full time real estate broker, Ken was a financial consultant for Merrill Lynch and securities principal for E*Trade Securities. Ken is also one of the co-founders of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) Greater Sacramento Chapter. Today, Ken serves as National Counsel for AREAA National.
Maricel Avelino obtained her real estate license in 2014 and has sold many homes throughout Sacramento and the Bay Area. Prior to being a realtor, Maricel was a chemist, and she was also heavily involved in community service. In 2007 Maricel served as National Co-Convention Chair, Dragon Boat Gala Chair and a 2008 OCA Unsung Hero.
